With this project, we broke the mold, taking an old, out-of-date building and creating a functional, innovative design.
The Factory at Franklin not only houses offices, meeting rooms and event rooms, but it is home to numerous retail stores, restaurants and a culinary school. Our creative designs have made this building one of the noted centerpieces in the City of Franklin.

When building a shopping center, we begin by surveying the available land and determining the ideal parking/tenant space ratio. When that ratio has been established, we turn our professional expertise and energies toward the development of a quality facility that will make a positive statement in the community it serves.
